The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), on September 17, 2026, has issued a reminder to Trading Members regarding the submission of Action Taken Reports (ATR) for non-compliances identified during the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit for the period ending March 31, 2026.
The following has been stated:
Trading Members are required to take corrective action against each non-compliance reported by the auditor and submit the Corrective Action Report (CAR), wherever applicable, for the audit period ending March 31, 2026.
The due date for submission is September 30, 2026. The report must be submitted to NCDEX through email at [email protected] on or before the due date to avoid applicable penal or disciplinary action.
After reviewing the corrective actions, the auditor will update the compliance status as “Compliant” or “Non-Compliant” through the ATR on the Member Portal.
Members who are also registered with NSE are required to submit their Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report only to NSE, in accordance with the common submission mechanism. Members not registered with NSE must continue to submit the report to NCDEX under the existing process.
Trading Members are also advised to take note of the standardised penalty framework under NCDEX Circular No. NCDEX/MEMBER INSPECTION-009/2026 dated April 17, 2026.
